This is a sewing pattern and tutorial for a child’s pants in size range: 56 (newborn) to 116 (5-6 years). The Pete Pants are designed for knit fabrics.
These casual pants are easy to sew and fit any occasion. They have a relaxed fit with room for diapers. The exposed pockets are optional and finished with a raw edge. You can sew them on a serger or on a regular sewing machine, using a ballpoint needle and a zig-zag stitch.

Recommended fabric - knit fabric: jersey, interlock, French terry, stretchy denim

A step by step tutorial with a lot of pictures is included.

The pattern is for knit fabrics.

You will receive a digital PDF file to print on your home computer on A4 or US letter paper.
An A0 pdf file is included if you would like to have the pattern printed in a copy shop or project it.
No physical item will be shipped to you.

This PDF file is with layers and you have the option to print only the size you want to sew. No worries if you are new to layers, the instructions how to do it are included and it is super easy.

Seam allowance is included.

You can sew the pants either on an overlock machine - serger or on a sewing machine.

The pattern and the instructions are available only in English.
